If you ask, we measure your pool ourselves. If you measure it, the configurator guides you step by step. Either way, before anything is made we confirm the size and the shape in writing.

What we commit to on every cover, in writing, so you can hold us to it. It is not a certificate from an outside body: it is our word, and we leave you a signed sheet to prove it.
Nine things we always do.
2. We are the workshop
We cut, sew and fit with our own team, in our workshop in Albox.
3. Materials with their data sheet
Every material comes with its data sheet: weight, thickness, guarantee and the properties stated by the manufacturer.
4. A clear written quote
The quote lists what it includes, line by line: the cover, the accessories and the installation if you want it.
5. We fit it ourselves
Installation is done by our own team, not a subcontractor. From the first message until your pool is covered, you deal with us.
6. A check before we leave
Before we leave we check with you that the cover fits the whole pool, that the anchors are secure and that the reel, if there is one, rolls it up properly.
7. We show you how to use it
We show you how to put it on, take it off and store it, and how to look after it so it lasts.
8. A signed check sheet
We leave you the check sheet for your installation, listing what we checked and signed by the fitter.
9. If something is wrong, we sort it
If anything is not right, you call us and we deal with it. No middlemen.
Why we do not call it a certificate.
A certificate is granted by an independent body after auditing a company. This is not one, and we do not want it to look like one. It is our commitment to every customer, written here so you can ask for it. The guarantee on each material is the manufacturer's, and it is stated on its data sheet.
