2. What data we process and why

When you fill in a form on wscover.es (contact, quote configurator, standard-size shop) we process the data you give us voluntarily: name, telephone, email, town and the details of your pool that you describe (measurements, shape, preferred material). We use them exclusively to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
  • Manage, where applicable, the sale and installation of your cover.
  • Contact you by telephone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated and we do not pass them to third parties, except where legally required or where necessary to manufacture and deliver your order (see section 4).

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on our forms, and on the performance of the pre-contractual measures needed to prepare your quote at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Who we share your data with

We use the following data processors to provide the service:

  • Supabase Inc. — storage of your request (database).
  • Google (Google Tag Manager) — management of the site's measurement tools.

If you place an order, we pass to the manufacturers or suppliers of the components of your cover and to the carrier that delivers it only the data strictly necessary for that (name, telephone, delivery address and measurements), and only for that purpose.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes unrelated to WS Cover.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as there is a commercial or potential relationship with you, and in any case for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations if a purchase takes place). You can ask for their deletion at any time unless there is a legal obligation to keep them.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to info@wscover.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. Normally the data we already hold about you is enough to identify you; we will only ask for additional proof if there is a reasonable doubt about your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
