2. Purpose

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the products and services of Grupo WS Cover S.L.U. (trading name WS Cover): bubble pool covers, automatic slatted covers and winter PVC covers, and to make it easy to request a quote and, where applicable, to buy standard-size products.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the user's access provider. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services of this website and not to use them to engage in unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and the legal order.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of this website (texts, photographs, videos, logos, drawings, 3D models, design, configurators and source code) are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law, and by industrial property regulations. The original design of the configurators, the 3D models and the drawings is the work of Mircea Florin Urs; Grupo WS Cover S.L.U. holds the exploitation rights. “WS Cover” and “ToldoBox” are trademarks and trade names of Grupo WS Cover S.L.U.

Without prior written authorisation it is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, transform or publicly communicate those contents; to extract them in an automated way (mass crawling, systematic downloading of texts, images or data); to reverse-engineer the configurators and the 3D models, except where the law allows it; and to use the configurators, the 3D models, the drawings or the photographs for commercial purposes, whether your own or a third party's. To ask for authorisation, or to report a copy, write to info@wscover.es.

Use of the configurators and preliminary quotes. The configurators are for you to prepare and request your own quote. Your preliminary quote is yours: you may save it, print it and show it to anyone you like (your family, your owners' association or other installers) to compare and decide. Its prices are indicative and personal: they correspond to the configuration and data you entered, for the period it states, and another person cannot claim them in their own name. Without written authorisation, or except where the law allows, it is not permitted to obtain prices automatically or systematically (software, bots or mass queries) or with false data or another person's data without their permission, nor to reuse the configurators' prices, combinations or data to build or update another company's price lists, offers or tools. In such cases, Grupo WS Cover S.L.U. may limit or block access to the configurators and take the actions the law allows, including those for intellectual property and unfair competition. None of this limits your rights as a consumer or your freedom to give opinions or publish reviews about us.

The photographs of our work are ours: we take them at the installations we carry out, with each customer's permission to publish them only on our websites. They carry a watermark and the rights information inside the file itself; removing or altering that information is also an infringement (article 198 of the Intellectual Property Law). We do not authorise their use by any other company, including agencies or web designers. If you find any of our photos on another website, we would be grateful if you let us know at info@wscover.es.

5. Exclusion of liability

Grupo WS Cover S.L.U. is not liable for any damage or loss that may arise from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, faults or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond Grupo WS Cover S.L.U.. The prices shown on the site for standard sizes are final product prices, not including shipping, which is confirmed with the order; the remaining prices (€/m²) are indicative prices of the material and do not constitute a firm quote until the pool has been assessed.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this website, the parties submit to the courts of Almería, unless consumer legislation establishes another jurisdiction.
