Images and brands

1. Who owns the images and the brands

The trade names, logos and product photographs or illustrations that appear on wscover.es belong to their respective owners: GeoBubble™ and the other brands of the makers of pool covers, reels and pool accessories named on this website. Each product image belongs to the maker of that product, with its copyright and industrial property rights.

WS Cover is a brand of Grupo WS Cover S.L.U. We are not the manufacturer of those products and we are not part of the brands mentioned, and their appearance here does not mean that they sponsor us, endorse us or are linked to us, unless expressly stated.

2. What we use them for

We show those images and names only to identify the products we quote, sell and install, and so that anyone asking us for a quote can see clearly what they are going to buy. We buy the branded products from the manufacturers and their distributors, and resell them to our customers: that is why we need to show and name them.

We do not use them for any other purpose and we do not present them as our own.

3. What is ours

the photographs of our work and the drawings and 3D models of our configurators belong to Mircea Florin Urs and Grupo WS Cover S.L.U., as do the texts, the design of the website and the code. They are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or reused without written authorisation (see the legal notice).

4. If you own an image or a brand

If you hold the rights to an image or brand that appears here and you want us to correct or remove it, write to us at info@wscover.es stating the page and the image. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove it as soon as possible.
